Is this just another gadget or has anyone actually used it and had results? My feet feel like they are walking on hot coals every night and I am tired of spending money on things that end up in my closet.

I said the same thing before I bought it. I was ready to send it back after a week. But somewhere around day 10 my feet stopped screaming at me by 9pm. I still have neuropathy. But the volume is turned down. That is enough for me.

Same. I am 67 and was ready to be disappointed. The burning is not gone but it is manageable now. I actually slept six hours last Tuesday. First time in I do not know how long.

Has anyone with diabetic neuropathy used this? My A1C is under control but my feet still burn and tingle every night. Gabapentin makes me too foggy to function.

Type 2 here. The gabapentin fog was worse than the neuropathy for me. I have been using the Pulse for about six weeks. Feet feel more alive. I do not know how else to describe it. They used to feel dead. Now they feel like feet again.

Start on the lowest setting. That made a big difference for me. My PT said the goal is circulation not intensity.

My balance is not great anymore. Do you have to stand on it the whole time?

No. I use mine next to the kitchen counter and hold on. My sister sits in a chair and puts her feet on it. Same benefit according to the PT I talked to.

That is how I started too. Very low setting, holding the counter. Now I use it every morning while my coffee brews. Ten minutes and I am done for the day.

I ordered mine because my daughter kept telling me something was wrong with my feet. I could not feel the bath mat anymore. I have had it 10 days and the tingling is starting to ease up. Not gone. But quieter.

Can someone be honest with me. Is this the kind of thing that feels exciting for a week and then sits in the corner collecting dust?

For me no. And the reason is because it is easy. Ten minutes while my coffee is brewing. I do not have to get dressed, drive somewhere, or push through pain. That is why I kept using it.

That is exactly it. It is the first thing I have stuck with because the bar is so low. Stand there. Hold the counter. Done.

I bought it mostly for the burning but the biggest surprise was how much better my legs feel overall. Less heavy. Less swollen at the end of the day. I sleep better on the days I use it.
